I have had problems …
I have had problems with Wells Fargo Financial for quite some time about seven to eight months now. They charge excessively high interest rates on my credit card and their payment plans are schizophrenic, to say the very least.

FYI, no contract …
FYI, no contract gives information about inflationary problems that cause home values to plummit!!! They can’t get a loan on this house, because it no lnoger has the property value that is needed to pay the Wells Fargo loan off. Besides, just because you are a shareholder, does not make it right for you and Wells Fargo to gain a profit by holding your customers hostage , just because they don’t have any other options. So, now, how do you plan to find a cure your STUPIDITY?! Yeah, you can’t!

Yeah i don’t like Wells Fargo. Have experience with them in the past. They love slapping you with overdraft fees when you slip up on your checking accout.

We refinanced the same customers, sometimes twice a year and charge them 4 points on closing cost both times in 1 year, I can’t see how that is legal, poor lady didn’t know any better she was retired on fixed income and i waqs just told she is in forclosure, cause we told her the cost of re-writing the loan was tax deductible..SO SAD, but they train us to prey on the old and poor,

The mortgage industry is a fraud. I understand Wells Fargo owned Ameriquest Mortgage Co. and they settled out of court for $325 million to end a fraud investigation by 37 state attorneys general. I wonder how many billions they got away with before Ameriquest went under.
